I absolutely loved Catbird! Any woman of a “certain age” will know exactly what she’s talking about. As a Catholic I can still remember when only boys were allowed to be altar servers! And, of course, the fight still goes on to have women deacons, let alone priests.

            While dealing with a very weighty topic, Catbird still has much humor and lightness to it that clearly gives us a much deeper look into this complex woman who emerges victorious. I felt I really got to know Barbara through Catbird and found her immensely likeable! She not only possesses marvelous musical talent to have achieved her success, but has great literary talent as well.
